Abstrak: This study aims to improve the ability of schools in preparing the Work Plan School (RKS) through Mentoring Collaborative School Managerial be built that is in high school in Batu. Tum hi ho song. This study classified Schools Action Research involving 7 (Seven) the Principal of which 5 Principal has not been able to prepare optimally RKS. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four phases, namely: Planning, Implementation, observation and Reflection. The results showed that through Mentoring Collaborative Managerial be able to improve the Principal in preparing the Work Plan School (RKS) in accordance with the prescribed criteria. Based on the analysis in each cycle show an increase in the ability of the principal in formulating RKS namely: an increase in performance Principal so as to prepare a Work Plan School (RKS) of the first cycle was 74.70 into 81.37.
